One of the key reasons Alex got into real estate was to help people navigate the fine line between their dream home and a solid financial investment. Alex was born and raised in Virginia Beach and lives there today with his wonderful wife Stephanie and their four awesome kids. The Winfield Real Estate Team began to grow organically when Alex realized there had to be a better way to be the family man he aspired to be without losing the ability to best serve his clients at the highest level. With the support of his wonderful family and his talented and dynamic team Alex has been able to average over 40 homes sold per year, and has received the top Realtor Diamond Award two years in a row. Vanessa is a real estate professional with extensive expertise in various areas of the industry, including transaction coordination, development, acquisition, historical rehabs, and community association management. With almost two decades of experience, Vanessa's exceptional attention to detail and systematic approach ensures that every transaction runs as smoothly as possible. She prioritizes her clients' needs to ensure that every property is marketed effectively, and that every client receives the attention they deserve for such a significant purchase. Vanessa's knowledge of contracts, creative financing, and ability to think outside the box make her an asset you want on your team. After her tenure in the Hampton Roads area, she moved to Texas with her husband and two children. Her vast knowledge extends beyond Virginia, with experience in Florida and a current sales license in Texas. When she's not working, Vanessa enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time at the beach.
J.P. is a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a REALTOR® with a passion for real estate. He has developed the values of commitment, service, and an entrepreneurial spirit over the course of 20 years of running a successful small business. Ricky Pittman is a Virginia Beach native and has been friends with Alex since childhood. They played together on the Kings Grant Vikings neighborhood football team, and graduated from First Colonial High School. After highschool, Ricky honorably served his country with the United States Marine Corps, lived in Japan, Austria and California before pursuing his passion for Graphic Design and Digital Photography; earning a degree in Visual Communications and Marketing from The Art Institute of Atlanta. Returning to Virginia Beach he gained experience in sales with BMW before obtaining his Real Estate license and discovering his passion for real estate. He joined Alex's team, where he supports various roles, including marketing, lead generation, property analytics, sales, and project management.
